In addition to working with hundreds of students as a Career Counselor at George Washington University's Career Center, my business and government contractor career spans 30+ years. I've held a variety of sales, training, leadership & management positions in New York, Philadelphia & now, Washington, DC. My background includes:

  • Commercial, health and international insurance,
  • Organizational development and change management, and
  • Human capital and performance management consulting.
With a foundation in sales, relationship management and customer service, I have a broad perspective of "The World of Work," knowledge of AND many contacts in the DC business community; I understand and stress the importance of establishing a strong network of trusting personal/professional relationships to achieve long-term success. My goal is to impart my experience, theories and "job-search process" to help my clients "sell themselves" to find fulfilling careers; this includes helping individuals find their "calling" in order to connect to more meaningful work.
